From the moment I walked through the stunning lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at the Grand Hotel truly went above and beyond, making my experience unforgettable. Youssef, with his infectious enthusiasm, made me feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and attentive service. Kiecylen was equally impressive, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, boasting elegant decor, luxurious amenities, and a fantastic restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit. Overall, my stay at the Grand Hotel was nothing short of remarkable. Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

We only stayed for a short amount of time for a layover between our flights but would have loved if we could have stayed longer. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We asked for airport shuttle as well 2 ways, which was a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Definitely, without any doubt, the best hostel in Muscat at the moment. The owner and the employee Brahim are exquisite and friendly people, ready to make you feel comfortable and at home. The common room is wide and with comfy couches where you can lie down and relax, talking with the other guests. Rooms were fine, comfy beds with lockers as well where you can put inside your bag. Bathrooms were good and spacious. Nothing fancy, but It's good for a hostel considering also the price. There is a kitchen as well where you can cook or have a black tea or coffee. Free water, tea and coffee. There is an outside area where you can chill as well. I've seen other hostels in Muscat and this one is surely the best one atm.
