Great hotel for those who are preparing for a snorkel tour in Seeb or Al Mouj (breakfast starts at 06:00). We booked it because of this reason, but were surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and the rooms it offers. The kindness of the owner, price quality, the luxiourous homestay etc. I can name a lot more positive aspects about this homestay. We landed in Muscat airport at 05:00 AM. We didn’t wanted to sleep in the airport so I saw this online and booked it. We we’re all tired and we’re praying that the owner would let us in around 06;00 AM. We called the owner once we’ve had arrived and from that moment, the stay was amazing. We recommend this stay to everyone!

This place is super clean, very quiet and the room though simple had everything I needed. I was impressed at the way that Host had thought about so many details including a drying rack, iron and board plenty of electrical and USB outlets and a very decent size bedroom and big bathroom. Also very good airport pick up service-much cheaper than the taxi.
