Es war alles sehr fein, besonders das extrem freundliche Personal und das tolle Frühstück. Beim Frühstück wurde man nicht nur kulinarisch, sondern auch vom Personal sehr verwöhnt, der Mitarbeiter Naveen war äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend..aber auch die anderen MitarbeiterInnen waren toll. Toll ausgestattetes Gym Poolarea nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend und zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir da waren, immer genügend Liegen vorhanden, das Personal beim.Pool war auch sehr zuvorkommend

Auch toll, dass man fast zu jeder Tageszeit Schattenplätze findet. Pluspunkt: Handtücher liegen am Pool bereit

From the moment we arrived, the manager Joel Mod was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we enjoyed every moment until the day we left Loay, one of the team members, truly impressed us by finding and returning an item we had accidentally dropped outside the hotel entrance it meant so much to us! The hotel’s location is in a luxurious area, the facilities are stunning, and the rooms are spacious and spotless They even surprised us twice with birthday cakes for my wife, which made our stay extra special
