We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

Fantastic location (3 min walk from wadi shab starting point). Breathtaking view! Turtles swimming in the water! Nice pool, we enjoyed it. The man who welcomed us was nice, we had good breakfast and dinner as well one night. Rooms are big, the beds were clean and comfortable. We had to arrive a day earlier and the owner was flexible to accomodate is last minute. Thank you!

The staying was very pleasant. The Hasan from staff was very very helpful with all things I needed as well as with information about visiting the Wadi Shab which is really 3 min walk from the room. They have also very good breakfast as well the dinner.

I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning villa in Fins, Oman, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The villa is perfectly located in the first row facing the beach, offering a magical view of the ocean that left us in awe every day. Everything was in pristine condition, from the super clean bed sheets and towels to the fully functional appliances, including a dishwasher that was a great effort and time saver. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening under the stars, the ambiance was unique and incomparable. What made our stay even more special was the host.
