The rooms were very modern and clean, especially the bath room was clean and new. The bed was large and comfortable. Air condition worked perfectly. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Pick up from and transport to airport available.

Absolutely amazing staff from the very welcome via e-mail, offering free transport from the airport to the buenaventura (which we gladly accepted úpon our departure). Very friendly, kind people there, keeping one of my luggages there for a week, preparing early breakfast just because of our early check out And So much more). Accomodation by itself might be little bit Tiny (to fully open the door into the barhro Is almost impossible , hit myself many times in many places by many things, but still quite comfortable with huge garrage that can have multiple usage etc. place Is still developing, they have beautiful Gardena with comfortable tent, even the small church Is being built 😂☺️ thank you so much Once again, hope to be back again ☺️ location Is quiet but still very close to everywhere. The staff was proactive, polite & efficient. The room we were given was delightfully clean, quiet, spacious & bright. The food in the coffee shop was tasty, generous, freshly prepared, beautifully presented and reasonably priced. Even before we arrived, all my queries & requests were addressed promptly. The transport I requested to & from the hotel was on time, the driver was helpful and courteous. The ride was very comfortable. The price we paid for our stay in this lovely hotel was well worth it.

Location, staff and facility were great. I realoze it is expensive my Phillipine standards, but is worth it for the Location and comfort.

Location: 10/10 Staff: Friendly and very accommodating (10/10). Roof Top View: 10/10 Elevator: 8/10 (fast elevator but I think it needs cleaning maintenance from time to time.
