Staff was SUPER friendly. This place has exceptional customer service and the room we had was spacious and clean! When there was power outage between 6am-7am, they offered us a free 1 hour boat ride.. All in all great experience! There are lot of water activities they offer like kayaking, boat ride, and so on. Great for families! The only thing maybe is that the beach is a bit rocky, but it didn't really bother us as the place is clean and tidy. :)

It was like travelling back in time! The whole house was a showcase of the grand old days! The creativity and artistry of the Filipinos could be seen in even the smallest details of the house. A walk through time and history, for sure! And the staff! They were the ultimate in making our stay comfortable. Our stay at Solitude Acacia was wonderful. We arrived two hours before check-in, but our room was already ready, and checking in was no problem at all. Originally, we had planned to stay for only two nights, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by an extra night just before leaving the Philippines. The resort is perfectly located, and the staff members were exceptional—friendly (especially the waiters), professional, and always helpful. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you need to relax and unwind in a peaceful natural setting, far from the noise and crowds of the city. The food was absolutely delicious, and having the beach just steps away was incredible. The seawater was pristine, and snorkeling among the vibrant marine life was a true highlight of our trip. We also got to use the paddle-board to explore the surrounding waters, not to mention the breathtaking sunset views we enjoyed every evening.
