- You could feel very connected to nature in here. Quieter, and there are no bus loads of noisy tourists you’d often find in big hotels. - food is great and they have lots of options, even vegan options which is a bit rare here in the Philippines. - the staff are lovely, they even take time to remember the guests names. - the prices (food, shops, activities) are decent, actually cheaper than what most touristy hotels/resorts would charge. Prices for activities for Panglao and the countryside tour are set and written in their guide. So there is no overcharging. - There is a pool, just forgot to take pictures of it. *I would definitely recommend.*

The breakfast is very good! The family is very accommodating. They helped us a lot in finding our ways to different places. From the airport all the way to the known places of Bohol we were so amazed by the hospitality of the driver and the host. It was really a great vacation for my family! I highly recommend the Antonio Homestay to our friends and to everyone who would like to stay in Loboc, Bohol!

The best homestay I’ve ever been to. The hosts are so welcoming and kind. They helped me organise tours and activities to do around the island and the food was simply delicious. The place was always clean and tidy. The river area is only a few minutes away from the homestay.

I had an amazing 3d2n stay here in Fox & The Firefly Cottages. The staff from the reception, restaurant, housekeeping, guards (just about everyone) were really nice, helpful, and courteous. I also had a seamless trip to and from Loboc thanks to the transfer service they offered. If you want to get in touch with nature, you must not miss out on this place. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing, my cottage was clean, basic amenities were provided and even went out of their way to even provide sarongs in case you need it when you go have a swim in the Loboc river. Insect repellant were also provided (very essential for someone like me who gets bitten quite often by mosquitoes.) It's something I really appreciate. I also enjoyed the Fireflies SUP on my first night and my morning SUP activity on my last day. Hanging out on the riverdeck was also relaxing. I also had a nice sleep during my stay. Pillows were so soft. I was worried that it might be too hot in the room because it's summer and the cottage didn't have an aircon, but surprisingly it was still cool enough for me to sleep soundly. Special thanks to all the trees surrounding the area. The outdoor bath was also something new for me. Over-all had a wonderful stay. Will definitely go back if I have a chance. Thank you!

Immerse yourself in the peaceful nature surrounding the Loboc river. This cozy resort offers beautiful rooms built with natural elements and located in a beautiful garden a step away from the river in a quiet area. It also has a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks that is open from 7:00 to 22:00. I loved the mosquito net over the bed as, being surrounded by nature, will be present yes or yes. My advice is to avoid switching on the bedside light at night as this attract flying ants, same for your mobile torch light. In this case the mosquito net will not be able to stop them. Be ready, if you are lucky, to find also a little geko in your room. Don't be scared, gekos eat mosquitos and are not dangerous, so they are more than welcome in filippino's houses. The fan on the ceiling is giving you comfort during the day as it is connected with the ceiling light but don't worry because in the night you can use the other fan that is available for you in the room free of charge. The bathroom is spacious with electrical ventilation and hot water, body soap is provided as well as a little soap bar, shampoo and conditioner. A filtered bottle of water will be waiting for you in the room at your arrival and will be refilled daily. Room is cleaned and bed is done daily. On the third day I had also the towel changed. The housekeepers are working very hard as keeping the place clean is very challenging due to the vegetation and the natural materials used to build the complex, but they do an amazing job. Breakfast is delicious. I loved the vegetable omelette, so soft and juicy on the inside. If you like eggs well done please inform the personnel when placing your order. I chose to have a salty breakfast but, from what I could see on other tables, the pancakes also looked delicious. I also enjoyed the dinner service and tried a different dish every night. All is very tasty, cooked, presented and served with love.

Such great chilled vibes at this place, really friendly and attentive staff, the food was so delicious! Also can rent a scooter for 400p/day to get to all the attractions and beach. Dorms really spacious and private with sectioned off area for yourself. Would recommend the evening firefly boat trip, really amazing to see!
