Upon our arrival, Juan greeted us warmly—friendly, youthful, yet precise in his welcome. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely divine. In the evening, there was a small misunderstanding with the taxi, which was my fault, but Sandra at reception handled the situation calmly and professionally resolving everything and expertly upselling us by guiding us to the bar. There, Margarita took over and dazzled us with the secret cocktail menu. Upon our departure, Ádám assisted with check-out, also greeting us with a big smile and helpful attitude.
