Everything was great. The family who owns the place is very nice and kind. The rooms and location are beautiful, with a lot of playing options for the kids. The shared kitchen is well equipped. If we ever get the chance, we would stay there again with no essitation.

Perfect located right on the Transfagarasan. There are secured parking for motorcycles behind gate. It seems popular with motorcycle travelers doing the Transfagarasan. My room had a small balcony perfect for a afternoon beer after all the riding. Cold beers can purchased cheap across the street in a shop. There is a cafe 50 m away, which do simply hot meals.

The location of the cottages and the surrounding area are incredible. The place the owners have created for their guests is more than just a cottage. It's a paradise for children, with slopes with slides, toy swings, dogs, roaming goats, and horses. In the evening, we were treated to plenty of home-cooked food, home-made products, smoked meats, bread, salads, beer and rakija :) and goat's milk, if you like it :) We definitely felt like guests, not customers; we'd never been welcomed like this by a stranger before. We'll remember it forever!
