We were here for one day and wanted to stay for a week! It was very relaxing. The pools were wonderful, big and warm. The area around pool is also very comfortable. The food on the breakfast was very various and tasty. Europeans and Asian cuisine are included. The staff is very nice. The rooms are very large and the beds are super comfortable to sleep in. Moreover, the hotel is located near the airport — so super convenient for transits. There are numerous shopping centres near accommodation, so it’s also good for fast shopping.

iChapter is an excellent hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided assistance beyond what we would normally expect. The rooms are big and comfy. Quiet aircon, TV with English language channels, fast wifi, good bathroom, and daily service. The breakfast is good value as well. It is just 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and restaurants and supermarkets are just a couple of minutes walk away. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable, we will certainly be back.

Self check-in and check-out is pretty convenient. The staff through WhatsApp were really nice and helpful! Always when I had a problem got answer quick. Really clean and modern looking room. It has almost anything you need for a short stay. There is water machine, which is really convenient. The hotel has a lot of parking spots so if you are on a car it is at a really convenient place.
