Price was reasonable compare to other hotel as this was a pick season with Chinese New Year. The staff was great and the hotel clean and with a nice pool. The location is great with a lot of restaurant but 15 min from the beach. Perfect if you hire a motorbike to move around. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. I will definitely be back as this is very good value for money

The view is amazing where we could watch sunset. Big comfy bed, had some great sleep. Convenient to have a small kitchen area where we could wash up and they provide washing up detergent. Great they give you beach towels and water every day. Laundry service was very handy. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Only 3 mins walk to the beach

Location. Location. Location. I don't think it is possible to stay this close to Kata Beach (a stone's throw away) while still escaping the hustle & bustle of main street. We stayed here for 4 nights and we found it exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful beyond our expectations!! They booked us cars for activities whenever we needed, bring you ice water at the pools without ever being asked, and offer great and FAST service any time of day for room service or in the restaurant. Our room was nice and also quite large, air conditioning worked amazingly, and it was very very clean in the rooms. The outdoor restaurant was phenomenal, prices were reasonable, and the pool was very pleasant with towel service and ample seats for the number of guests in this boutique hotel. Great little gym, and pool bar area. Resort was basically at one end of Kata Beach which is just a stunning spot! The water is very warm, beach is not too busy, and it has pristine waters and white sand.

It is paradise...the pool villa is just out of this world, comfort, staff, food, location there is nothing I could fault. I would live there if I could. The food is unbelievable, the breakfast is sublime so many options....please try their pineapple daiquiri....best I've ever had. Room service was exceptional....you have turn down service I swear this place is just unbelievable. You are a 2 min walk from a night market and 7/11 the beach is about 8mins away location is perfect

Kata Seaview Hotel was an awesome place. Loved the location. Super close to everything. Big room. Very clean. Super comfy bed and good sized bathroom. Liked having the mini fridge in the room as well. Big balcony (although my balcony didn't have much of a view facing the parking lot) The staff were awesome and super helpful. I liked the little pool as well - great for cooling off and chillin' out. All the beaches in the area are fantastic. SO gorgeous. Tons of restaurants, 7-11s and shops nearby.

Everything brandnew. Very comfortable stay, superclean, great shower and aircon, fast and reliable WiFi and covered motorbike parking. I'm not a fan of stairs so they gave me a great room on the ground floor. Friendly owner-couple and supercute housekeeping.

I loved the theme of the property. They had everything including the pool, views and location. The family rooms are spacious and includes a balcony view. If you ask staff for a room clean or towels, they come almost immediately so you’re not waiting. The staff are friendly and very warm to children. They have free parking for guests and have fruit stalls, ATM and main street shops right next to the resort. It’s a very family friendly resort. It was very easy to hire a car nearby and drive around on the road.

The accommodation is within walking distance to the beach, and it has free parking (but you have to drive up a very steep slope). It is fairly quiet, because the rooms are on a hill slightly off the main road. Rooms are decent.

As a positive feature I can mention a good location and good Wi-Fi. The hotel is located near the beach, there are a large number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, in general, the tourist infrastructure around is quite good. Free parking is also available near the hotel.
