We had a fantastic experience. The tents are beautifully designed, and feel very luxurious. The service is 5 star. A particular note to First our butler who was very responsive with all our requests and gave very good advice. Also, Gim who was friendly, intuitive and worked hard to make sure everything was clean and well maintained.

We got a 2-bedroom villa with a private pool. Everything was amazing from the heart-shaped towels on our beds to the facilities and cleanliness! The pool was amazing, truely private with high walls which was very important for us as a Muslim family. The cleaners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the area is close to most of the big attractions in Phuket, there are a few good restaurants and 7-Eleven nearby in walking distance. Overall, it was such a great experience at a good price, I would definitely consider coming here again! Highly recommended!

This resort has everything needed for a great family vacation. It has large swimming pool for the kids and with some water park facility that keep the kids happy staying in the resort. Most of the room were newly renovated with modern design. Resort provide breakfast buffet with wide food selection. Coffee and omelette is great. Resort has private beach access. Life guard on duty from 7am to 7pm to make sure everyone swim safely in the sea. Resort also provide guarded free parking for guest.

The positive side is the off-street parking and the distance to Boat Avenue's tourist/local centre. There are great shops and restaurants in Boat Avenue. However, the road to Boat Avenue from the Regent is not fit for walking; it is narrow and busy. The pool was very nice, but there were no toilet facilities. The beds were good not too firm. There are two EV charging points at the hotel.

This is a very nice condo so close to Leguna you could say it is in Laguna. Its walking distance to Boat Avenue where their are some great restaurants, it has free underground parking and if you are looking for value for money, you have found it.

We booked a pool acces room, which was huge. The room is really spacious, with two king size beds, a sofa bed, and big wardrobes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of local and international food at breakfast. Direct access to beach and many nice beachfront restaurants. There are many shops and restaurants nerby. Free parking. Very good hotel app.

Location is very nice, close to local amenities in Boat Avenue - restaurants, coffee bars etc. Also free parking on-site. The room was very large and spacious, good air con. I didn't eat at the hotel as I ate locally elsewhere with some friends. The location is also fairly quiet - no noise at all from outside - the room faces a lake.
