This is a lovely boutique hotel that is run exceptionally well. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent food. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. What a warm welcome to the beautiful city of Konya! Araf Hotel has perfected what it means to be a boutique hotel. Eclectic and cosy lounge, attentive service and a great home-style breakfast! We were so happy with Araf Hotel that we came back and stayed twice! We experienced the family suite, the standard room and the economy double room. They were all comfortable and we loved how the hotel efficiently designed the space. We never felt cramped as the rooms have alot of natural light. The hotel is also a stone’s throw from the Mawlana Jallaludin Rumi, the old bazaar and great restaurants. It was our first visit in Konya and we loved how peaceful, affordable and easygoing things are. Truly a city of divine Love and generosity. Araf Hotel made the stay perfect with its top-notch service and beautiful rooms. We bought some great books on Rumi available at reception and they also had a little library. I have never been to a property where the staff are so eager to assist in every way, it was the true Turkish hospitality- they even gave us a customary send off, throwing water on our car wheels, a traditional belief that it will ease our journey. Thank you for making us smile!

Wonderful, quirky hotel. Lovely vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and served in a great space. Fantastic location right in the centre - the whole area is lively and full of interesting sites. After reading previous reviews about some of the rooms being a bit small, I booked a slightly bigger room for a small increase in price. This was a great size for 2 of us.
