The staff was exceptionally pleasant, cooperative & helpful. I have not seen such professional, helpful & great staff anywhere in the world and I have visited dozens of countries. Petra (the manager), Juice (the chief cheff), all the reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, I mean they are all from heaven...they'll die to help you & make you comfortable & 😊. White Dream is a place that will remain unforgettable, not only because of its exceptional location but also thanks to the outstanding work of two remarkable managers – Ann and Gloria. Their professionalism and dedication were key in resolving a critical situation that could have negatively impacted our stay. Thanks to their quick response and attention to detail, our trip turned out to be an incredible success. The owner of the hotel should definitely acknowledge their work, which goes far beyond standard expectations. Ann and Gloria treat guests with immense care and kindness, for which they truly deserve recognition and gratitude. The hotel itself is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The hotel restaurant stands out as the best in the area – the dishes are of the highest quality, both in terms of taste and presentation. Other restaurants nearby pale in comparison to the cuisine at White Dream. This is a place worth visiting, not only for the beauty of its surroundings but above all for the exceptional hospitality and care provided to guests.

We visited the Zanbluu beach hotel as a family. The stay was great and unproblematic from check in to check out. The food was very tasty and varied. There were always good alternatives for vegetarians or people with gluten intolerance. the drinks, especially cocktails, were delicious. The room was always clean, the house keeping staff took good care of it. Every bed is equipped with a mosquito net, which the housekeeping staff diligently rolls up and rolls down every day. But we didn't saw not even one mosquito.The facility including the pool is also very nice. The gardeners and co try very hard to make sure everything looks great. We have been to many hotels but have rarely had such a good hotel staff that makes the greatest effort with every request. The consistently friendly and courteous staff alone is one reason why this certainly won't be our last visit. Many thanks to Nickson, Abdully, Charles, Samson and the many others who made our stay so special. Hakuna matata Zanbluu Beach !

Our stay was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The service was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and truly personalized, the team went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right for us. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Our room was beautifully designed, and everything feels thoughtful and special. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both at home and pampered, but here they managed to do exactly that. Highly recommended...we can’t wait to come back next year.

We love the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the place. It’s tucked away behind a small alley but just a few steps away from the beach. Everything is very new still and the mattresses are a dream to sleep on. The staff is so nice and accommodating and chef Domenico and team created the most amazing meals for us.
