Pre-arrival checkin online was easy, and then it was really quick to get my key once I arrived. I was given an upgrade, which I very much appreciated. The parking lot was well lit. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Location was close to restaurants I wanted to visit, as well as my business connection. The noise from other rooms/guests overall was minimal. Easy to get on and off the freeway for travel purposes.

This is my second time staying here, and I would recommend this hotel if, like me, you need a safe area to stop and rest for the night. The parking lot feels safe, and you can tell a lot of the people who stay at this hotel are regulars (this adds to the feeling of safety). They have a very nice breakfast with lots of options.

Everything was really good, nice and clean breakfast options. Parking lot could be more lights but overall ok and a nice staying. Warm pool and amazing jets on the hot tub / spa

We always go to Gilroy Gardens and stay at BW on Rt.152 but over the last few years we have not been happy with homeless in the parking lot. We searched for a different motel and location and found your motel. We liked this location much better. It's right off the freeway and easy access to stores and restaurants and much safer. The breakfast was fantastic.
