Cozy and comfortable overnight stay on a roadtrip. Everything was clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything for coffee, tea and a nice shower was available. I can’t tell much about the location as it didn’t matter to us, but it is close to the ocean as well.

The property is absolutely immaculate! Sidewalks and courtyard pressure cleaned, outdoor entrance walls and ceiling clean. No trash anywhere in the parking lot. Illuminated bright LED outdoor lighting at night, I was able to view my car from the hotel room window. The hotel room is very comfortable, you can tell this property is routinely maintained. I felt like I was at a 5 star resort.

We pulled up at 11:15pm with a strong marijuana smell in the parking lot, what seemed to be a prostitute, and a group of people huddled outside the door to the apartment.  A neighbor walks out in his robe and tells us "you better lock your doors" which was obvious to us with the surrounding.  If you are a bunch of college students looking to party this may be your place.  For us definitely not.

Well maintained and clean. The parking lot is well lit. I was staying overnight for a fishing trip and had my truck and boat on the trailer. There was enough parking for me, and I felt reasonably sure my boat or truck wouldn't be a target and broken into. This place was cleaner than many 5 star places I've stayed at. Exactly what I needed for an overnight stay after fishing at a reasonable price.

The accommodations, the rooftop, the food at the restaurants, but most of all the great service and staff of the staff. Everyone was very attentive and in great disposition all the time, from the valet parking service to the ladies that cleaned up our room. Very helpful with my brother who stayed there for several weeks after having a knee surgery.
