From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was spotless. The hot meal was delicious and there was a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in and check-out. The place was bigger than expected ! We couldn't imagine a better place to stay with four kids ! The owners provided a stroller and potty pot, as well as a travel baby bed. The kids had the opportunity to play with a lot of toys provided by the place ! Streaming services are even included. This is a very beautiful place, with a perfect location. We will definitely book this place again when we come back to Buffalo.

The breakfast is nothing short of a 5 star dining experience, intimacy, service, quality and all! Holly and Daniel, the owners, along with Mary Sue, the part time chef, create a fresh diverse 3 course meal every morning with a choice of savory or sweet main dish made out of fresh ingrediants bought the day before, all home made!
