The staff at the hotel are amazing—very kind and always willing to assist. The breakfast is diverse, and there is also an afternoon tea. The rooms were quiet and clean. The hotel's location is away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, which we liked, yet it still feels close to everything. I would choose this hotel again.

Super sweet staff that helped me with everything. They gave me a free room upgrade. Gave great recommendations for local restaurants/cafes. Location was very central, right in the old quarter, but I didn’t hear anything from the busy area in my room. Room looked very nice and clean. Would come back here for sure

L’Signature Hotel in Hanoi is stunning. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel is in a great location so that the Old Quater can be easily explored on foot. The Hotel amenities are very nice and you can enjoy the rich breakfast above the rooftops of Hanoi. We had a wonderful stay and the staff is really great. They all were very friendly and helped us with things like booking transportation or handling the luggage. After checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for another day as we were going to Halong for one night. When we picked up our luggage, we were also given recommendations for our further trip through Vietnam. We really felt at home during our stay. We can highly recommend the Hotel and would definitely come back. Many thanks to Mr. Nguyen and his team for the great time.

Vivian was an amazing host!! She took great care of us and make our stay fantastic. The hotel is centrally located and eats to walk around. Lots of good restaurants around. The hotel is nice, clean and have basic amenities. Breakfast buffet was decent and offered local and international food choices.

Our stay at the hotel was really very pleasant. The rooms are clean, spacious, cleaned every day and they left us bottles of water. The atmosphere is wonderful, but the best thing is the staff - kind, professional and super friendly, they welcome every guest with great respect and help with all the questions we have. Hotel is in the middle of everything which is both a blessing and a curse. Balcony overlooked the street. It was easy to access everything but the street it is on is a scooter parking lot so you get the constanct revving of engines and honking. Staff was very helpful. Moved me from the 2nd floor, felt like I was on the street with all the noise, to the the 5th floor which was quieter during the night.

This is a really nice little hotel. It is under new management and they are building it up and renovating it. WIFI was excellent. Staff are truly exceptional. They really do their best to make sure that your stay is comfortable. They also readily supply you with information. Free tea, cookies and fruit in the reception. Free parking outside the reception for motorbikes. They have a cable lock that they use to lock them with. Recommended.

free parking, good WiFi, big room, tea pot and electric kettle at the room, refrigerator, tv, hotel has elevator. It's old hotel , not luxury, but for this money is perfect.
