Tommy was incredibly flexible and accommodating — he kindly accepted our early check-in request, which really helped with our travel plans and made the transit much smoother. The hotel is perfectly located near the airport, making it ideal for avoiding delays or catching very early flights. Tommy was also very friendly and made sure everything went well during our stay. About 15 minutes on foot from the airport. If you arrive late at night, I strongly recommend that you stay overnight at a hotel around here instead of going to the center of Hanoi. The room was clean, and the receptionist was very helpful.
