The staff were excellent, from check-in to leaving they were both helpful and informative. Breakfast - this was by far the best breakfast I have had in South America, and the bread/toast was great. It is a large breakfast so I did skip lunch. The shower was good, bed as comfortable I understand that some people have complained about noise, we had a pool side room and had no issues at all.

It would feel at home as an upscale boutique hotel in any major city. I only wish we had stayed longer. We enjoyed very good pizzas at its restaurant. The weather turned very cold and rainy the night we stayed so we could not walk around the neighbourhood, but it seemed very interesting to visit. Will certainly return for a longer stay next time we fly into Santa Cruz
