Everything. We have been travelling for 2 years and hardly ever do we give 10/10 as there’s always something that could be better. Not here!! Secure parking - always very important for our motorbikes. Room - cannot fault it. Our own little home from home. Every detail has been thought about as if the room has been lived in by the owners, not just turned into a guest house. The bed was super comfortable and large, comfy armchairs, good working desk, fabulous wardrobe and storage including hangers!! There was also a patio where we could sit outside. Loads and loads of power sockets all round the room and in convenient places. We had no trouble charging anything at all. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower fantastic. All toiletries provided and super thick towels. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and hot! Lumba is a lovely person and fabulous host. She couldn’t do enough for us and looked after us extremely well. We felt like a part of the family. We extended our stay and stayed for five nights in the end. Such a wonderful place.

We had a wonderful time for our 2 nights in Tent no 1 at Muchenje. From the moment I start to communicate with Hayden... He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Die Elephant Valley Lodge bietet Ihnen eine Unterkunft in Kasane mit Blick auf das Lesoma-Tal im Bezirk Chobe. Lovely and helpful host with very well trained staff who were always helpful. Lovely location overlooking its own waterholes and a steady movement of game animals in/out which made for remarkable sights. Excellent game drives with very knowledgeable drivers. All round a great experience!

Das Muchenje Campsite and Cottages liegt 60 km von der Stadt Kasane entfernt in der Nähe des Ngoma-Tors des Nationalparks Chobe. Perfect location for visiting Chobe through the Ngama gate, which is much quieter than the Kasane side. The grounds are lovely and everything is well spaced for privacy. The cottage was spacious, clean and well appointed. The owner, Hayden, is super knowledgeable about travel, wildlife, etc. In the area and very generous with his time helping his customers plan visits to the park or onward travel.
