All the reviews made mention of the meals prepared by Mmapula and how the food was so good. I had a hard time believing this but it is so true. I asked her repeatedly if she had trained or cooked professionally and she said no. What a talented natural cook she is. Everything she prepared for us was delicious. Also, she is very generous with her time and we had long discussions on the day to day living in Botswana.  Please note this is a homestay. There isn't a pool or anything fancy. Our room was a good size with a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. Good A/C and to my wife's delight a big bathtub. There was a comfortable outside seating area with a fridge as well. Dinner is at the communal table with the other guests where you can share you traveling stories. Just a great stay.

Although the pick up was just under £8 to get into the town for supplies and return was double this and really added to the bill. Although it was value for money because we took a while shopping, it was something to consider. We liked that it was available though. The room was very modern. The place was very secure and safe.
