New property a 10-minute walk from the train station, in an unexciting but convenient neighborhood. Arrived at 9am after an early flight expecting to leave our luggage but the reception instead found an empty room and let us check in, which was awesome. Room was lovely, with all amenities – kitchenette with some pots and utensils, big comfy bed, big shower, and washing machines and an iron in the common area. The common area on the 9th floor is lovely, free coffee and tea, working spaces, a pool table. The rate is extremely competitive by Geneva standards.

A free pass for Geneva's public transport (including airport train) is provided on arrival. The airport is only a 10-minute train ride away. A public car park is provided within 200 metres from the hotel. Exceptional hotel and attitude. Amazing staff, in particular the reception people, extremely helpful, finding solutions for every single situation. The hotel is very clean, nice and cosy rooms. There’s a nice bar with live music, go for a cocktail 😊. Great location. We had to go back to Geneva a week later and stayed here again. Best decision ever. Choose Bristol and enjoy.

We arrived after a very long and delayed fight from Singapore. It was so nice to walk into a homely environment, where we could immediately relax. Louisa had placed some essential items for us, such as milk and bread, which were warmly received. The home was very clean and warm. There is a supermarket close by about a 15min walk. Louisa had great communication with us. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Free WiFi access is available. This was, and still is, the most exquisite getaway of my life. Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Our establishment does not have parking spaces, but you can obtain, on request and free of charge The history of the building is very interesting and you feel like a guest in someone's home rather than the generic experience of a hotel. Marc, the host is a wonderful gentleman and happy to talk about the history and loving restoration that he took on. The place is well equipped with a kettle for example in the room as well as in the shared kitchen. I liked the atmosphere at breakfast where we all sat round the dining table talking to each other- with four rooms only it makes for a nice, friendly experience. There is a nice cafe nearby as well as a supermarket. It is quite easy to get into the centre.

What truly made our stay memorable was how they acknowledged our honeymoon – we were welcomed with a sweet handwritten note and a lovely selection of snacks. It was a heartwarming surprise. Honestly, I loved everything about this place. If I ever return to Geneva, I wouldn’t think twice – I’d definitely stay here again.

The UN headquarters, the financial district and the Rue du Rhone can be reached in a short walk. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is perfect.
