The hotel in in a very center of the old part of the city, main shopping and site seen area, walking distance to the train station and all city transportation. Yet, the hotel is very quiet. Very charming place in a lovely location. The room is super big, with a lot of light. The staff is very friendly and open to help, as well as flexible. 100% will return! Even the shared bathroom was not an issue, as they were super clean and renewed.

Great place in a quiet town just outside of Lucerne (about 5 minutes by car/train). There are also some good restaurants near by, and free parking at the B&B- so the location is really fantastic. Silvia is very kind and warm and she makes you feel welcomed. Overall a very good experience.
