Huaqiang North Subway Station (line 2 and 7) is just steps away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the hotel. Its location is excellent, the room is comfortable and spacious, and the service provided by Hannah at the front desk is particularly attentive and considerate. Although there was a slight smell of smoke on the floor, Hannah promptly informed the staff to deal with it. I believe this situation will be improved in the future. I will definitely stay here again next time. Hotel offered late checking-out at 2pm.

The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, the room was luxurious with a breathtaking view, and the amenities (spa, pool, restaurants) were top-notch. The location was perfect for both business and leisure. The breakfast was exceptional every single morning.

Wonderful hotel, 10/10 for location, rooms and amenities (starting from light control to Dyson hairdryer available), 11/10 for staff. There even one person who spoke pretty decent Russian. I would definitely recommend this one over the hotels in close proximity.
