Clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were warm and friendly and helped a lot with my trip planning. The hotel also provides discount vouchers for a nearby spa - Cocolele. Was one of my best massage experience.

I had an amazing stay at Jingyuan in Yangshuo! The location is unbeatable, right by the Li River with easy access to the bustling West Street via boat. The host Kate was incredibly welcoming and provided great travel tips. The accommodation was cozy and clean, with comfortable bedding ensuring a restful sleep. Overall, a fantastic value for the price. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft Guilin Qingshanshe Hotel -Free pick up train station stay two nights verfügt über einen Garten und ein Restaurant, ist in Guilin gelegen, 1,1 km von Reed Flute Cave und 5,8 km von... It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.

Lujia Village is only 2 kilometers from the center of Guilin. It is one of the first 16 famous villages in Guangxi. They are also known for making tofu. 2) The hotel staff always went over and beyond for us. They helped us book our tour tickets, get a taxi where ever we were, prepared food that we want, and even did online shopping for us. They made the impossible possible for us especially when they were able to find the shirt that my son has been looking for. 3) We didn’t have to travel outside the village to find home-cooked dinner meal , especially after a day of sightseeing! Just about 3 minutes walk from the hotel is our favorite family restaurant. We ate there every night. 4) The inside of the hotel is newly renovated. It gave a vibe of simplicity and functional. I like that they have bathtubs in the rooms that we got. We even had access to the rooftop! 5) Their breakfast is so customizable! They always ask us what if we have any requests the day before breakfast. I personally enjoyed the Guilin Rice Noodles. What an incredible first experience in China!

Loved this little "inn" on the pedestrian walkway right outside numerous restaurants and souvenir shops and people watching galore. Hard to find so enquire with owner before arriving as your taxi can't drive you to door. Hotel is everything one would want with a comfortable bed/linens, free water, cleanliness a priority, view spectacular and friendly staff who were so helpful and even spoke English for extra understanding. I loved this place for the cost it was super. Stayed only 3 nights but would love to go back for more. Location was perfect for tours and walking to river for cruises. Don't miss the handmade yogurt shop two doors down for the best fresh fruit/yogurt with nuts you'll ever try. And Rosewood Cafe for some international food which like me you might be craving is you are a foreigner and tired of oily veggies and rice!

Lakeside Inn Guilin Central has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Guilin. Comfortable room with a nice view. The host speaks very good English and is really nice and helpful.

Located in Yangshuo, The Bamboo Leaf Yangshuo offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. We really liked the Bamboo Leaf Hotel and the staff, especially Vivianne who helped us with booking tours and borrowing scooters and bikes. She is super friendly, kind, caring, efficient and speaks excellent English which helped us so much! The whole staff was very friendly and helped look after all our needs! We would highly recommend this beautiful, clean, well-designed high-end hotell for the value, incredible service and mostly the delightful staff working here! We would love to stay again if our travels bring us to Yangshuo! Thank you so much from 2 happy Canadians! ,😁🇨🇦
