The owner met me at the airport with my name and took me back to the airport at 3 a.m. And all that for unreasonably cheap price. Hotel is clean, bed was clean, towels clean. Tooth brush and everything was there.

Le séjour a été idéal avec tout ce que l'on peut attendre de ce type d'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité de la chambre, la piscine, la localisation et la qualité du petit déjeuner. On nous a en particulier proposé un départ tardif le dernier jour car le taxi venait nous chercher à 15h pour prendre l'avion.

We had a lovely stay at this guesthouse! The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The host was warm and helpful, offering great local advice. The atmosphere was peaceful. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The location is just 5 mins from the zhongyang street (main street) and there is a convenience store downstairs. Heater all good & there is a metro just 50m walk to the left.

The host is very kind and considerate. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very tasteful. It has the warmth of home and the convenience of a hotel. I like the flowers and plants on the balcony. The room provides all the toiletries and bottled water. The location is excellent, overlooking the Sophia Church, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the flood control memorial tower by the river. The host was very enthusiastic to help us arrange transport to the airport as well 3 very big luggages. They have well deserved five stars rating from me, and I highly recommend to friends who come to Harbin for tourism or business trips.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful landlord, Martin. Always replies quickly to every message, helps with any issue that can occur and knows a lot about surroundings. If you need to find a place to eat, the nearest bank or places to see h he always has your back. Apartments are nice, a lot of space, huge windows, nice shower and toilet. Apartments are perfect for 1 or 2 people. The flat is located in a secured complex, there is a basketball court, a couple lakes and a swimming pool inside it, along with a huge amount of benches, small roads to walk around and several parks. There are a lot of restaurants and street-food stalls around (personally recommend BBQ place on the left from the west gate). If you are first time in China - there are a couple places outside the complex where you can buy and activate a sim-card. Complex is located 10 minutes away from two most popular tourist-oriented streets (Zhong Yang and Baroque Street), so it's easy to pick a route to take a look around. Also, Songhua river is 5 minutes away from the place.

Il est très bien situé, proche de toute commodité, avec une vue imprenable sur le fleuve avec son vieux pont du fameux chemin de fer transsibérien, qui est, en lui seul, un monument à visiter. A réserver sans aucune hésitation. Je le conseille à tous ceux qui souhaitent ce genre de logement immergé dans la vie de locaux.
