Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The welcome from the entire hotel team was very warm, and Dora’s attention in particular was outstanding. She explained how everything worked — including the different complimentary snacks offered at various times throughout the day. She also gave us lovely welcome gifts and more gifts when we left. My partner was celebrating a birthday during our stay and received an extra gift as well. Thank you, Dora, for your kindness and cordiality; we truly felt at home. As for the hotel itself, what can I say — elegant, refined, a beautiful place with great attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect and convenient, whether for strolling around the area or getting to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast is superb — it has everything and caters to all tastes. I would definitely return.

Hôtel très agréable bien situé dans Xi’an, chambre très propre, le propriétaire est aimable et le petit déjeuner (de style occidental) est bon. Tout cela pour un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le quartier est très agréable, vivant, avec de bonnes adresses de restaurants et cafés accessibles à pied. Je recommande vivement de séjourner ici !
