The staff let us store our excess luggage so that we could pick it up a month later from then (this stay). We could also order stuff online and get packages delivered to the hotel. They have a robot that delivers food to your room if you order from Mei Tuan! The staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and quiet. Would absolutely stay there again if I’m ever in Hangzhou again! 10/10!

The host were adorable ( and I am not just talking about the two cats). The breakfast was simple but fulfilling and you can ask more for those with hungry belly. The room was clean and comfortable. It represents the amazing old Chinese traditional house. I loved the colors, warm tone and very relaxing. The hotel had some hidden zen spots ( an outside garden and an internal court with many plants), great for pic or morning relaxation

Breakfast was with various options, delicious, and yeah staffs were well trained. City view with those small lakes were amazing
