We spent many hours with our hosts being shown around, cooked for, and transported to different places on their boat. It felt like a very authentic and local experience and we were able to learn a lot about the people, history and culture of Arusí. The posada was beautifully set up and very comfortable. I liked remote location, but walkable to El Valle. Elegance of the interior design, to see the ocean from any spot in the house, beautiful beach, landscaping, the kitchen, and Angelica who took care of us and it was a very good communication level. Also, very nice Rosa's restaurant in El Valle.

Some rooms are fitted with a kitchen with a fridge, a stovetop and a toaster. My stay at Hannany was wonderful, Nachas food was so delicious and Eliazar was an excellent guide. They made me feel at home. The housing is basic, but more than enough. I highly recommend doing the 1 hour jungle trek, swimming in the river and going back on the river with a canoe, with Eliazar. It was so beautiful. They have constructed a resting place by the river, where you can stay overnight in the jungle. For the next time I’d love to do that excursion.

The hosts were great - Soraida and Maurico (saludos) were extremely helpful - arranging trips, or just finding out information. Sharing their stories with ours etc. Breakfast and ordered dinner were great and tasty from Soraida. Mauricio had an overview of the happenings in the area which helped us in organizing time and activities in the zone.If you are looking for a quiet accommodation in nature and without noise, I recommend it. Be ready to walk 10-15mins from the pier.
