Wonderful atmosphere as soon you set foot in the lobby and get welcomed with a delicious glass of wine. The rooms continue the theme of relaxing. Very calming tones and serene views. The beds are comfortable and the pillows can be individualized. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was a modern take on fine dining. Delicious selection on foods and wine with exceptionally friendly staff. We ended the night at the rooftop bar where we enjoyed live music and solid cocktails. The popcorn served at the bar was a new flavor explosion and we had to have the secret of their spices, which the friendly bartender happily shared. Breakfast buffet was variety rich and delicious. Free champagne was definitely a plus. I think a major plus is also the direct access to the Therme which makes for a luxurious stay. Rounding off our stay with a massage at the hotel spa. Definitely recommend a stay here. 10/10

The apartment has family rooms. we came 5 people to a family vacation. the apartment in a quiet street near the entrance of the city. the apartment is fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, nothing is missing. all the facility is clean and in a good condition. we had the upper floor penthouse, a huge balcony with furniture. 3 airways and a beautiful view. privet parking under the hotel (10 euro for a day, worth it)

Absolutely beautiful location, with a restaurant and store. It’s a central location for exploring the Black Forest and I love that the room came with a bus pass. My room had a perfect view of the sunrise and it was glorious! The staff were fantastic - my masseuse was excellent, and the reception staff were attentive and helpful. I didn’t make it to breakfast or dinner on a long day and they checked in on me. I also loved that a table was reserved at breakfast and dinner when you ask.
