In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pickalbatros The Palace Port Ghalib Resort provides rooms and suites fitted with modern furnishings and tastefully decorated in the local décor. All units have a balcony which overlooks the Red Sea, the pool, gardens, or Port Ghalib International Marina. The Palace is part of a larger hotel complex, but you don’t really feel it. There were lots of other guests but it did not feel busy, which meant it was very relaxing!

There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Our children (8 and 11 years old) especially loved the aquapark, which provided hours of fun and excitement. The beachfront location was beautiful, but with a pronounced water reflux, which could be seen as a negative thing or a positive one: an opportunity to explore the beach when the water receded. Our room was very big, nice and clean. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impressive and the friendliness of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Our kids also really enjoyed the VR games, and the person at the VR movie area was fantastic with them. The resort itself is quite large, which might not suit guests who prefer a smaller, more compact setting. However, there are quadracycles and a shuttle bus to help get around, which made it manageable. It’s worth mentioning that the resort is far from any cities or towns, so going for a walk outside the resort isn’t really an option. That said, there is plenty to do on-site, and there are also organized excursions available, like safaris and other tours, if you’d like to explore the surrounding area. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and plenty of restaurant options to choose from. The Mediterreanean and Soprano restaurants had amazing sea views. Overall, we had a great family holiday here and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Beach is unforgettable. Snorkeling starts with your first steps in the sea .. more than Wonderful coral reefs , colourful fish , turtles and sea cow . Also a sandy beach is there. Food variety is luxurious. In addition to the buffet restaurant, there is a perfect Chinese restaurant, sushi and Chinese food was amazing. All the stuff are more than friendly, they are exceptional , always caring for our happiness.

Meshial and his team were best host for us in Egypt. He went up and above making sure that we take safe roads on our way to Luxor. He provided us with important information.
