I can't add anything new to all the positive comments this place gets. Arrecife is a real town not just a resort, and for me that was a positive. Its location "half way" along the coast meant that all points of interest were within a 30 min drive on easy roads. The apartment was lovely to come home to after a day of exploring. And the cleaners are exemplary!

Spread over 2 floors, all apartments have a balcony with garden views. There is a living room with a sofa bed, safe and TV. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer, and the kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave. We went for a mini break and knew the location very well so it was ideal for us. It exceed my expectation- Rosmar was lovely , very modern & clean, poolside was lovely and Nicola in the cafe was fabulous, even told us about some lovely restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and we will return.

I really enjoyed my stay here from multiple points of view: location, staff, facilities, etc. It happened to be my birthday while I stayed here and they made my day even better. If I'll return to Lanzarote, I'd book it again.

Set in Playa Blanca and only 1.3 km from Playa de las Coloradas, Serena Holiday Homes by LIVVO offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The property has pool views and is 24 km from Montañas de Fuego Mountains and 26 km from Lanzarote Golf Resort. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor pool. We stayed at this villa as an extended family (three generations with a teenager) and had a great experience. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including a kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster, plus a washing machine. The terrace with a heated pool was very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for the evening sun. Our villa was in the last row, offering a great view of the hills. The location suited us well - on the edge of the tourist area, 15 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach, still near Playa Blanca (town), and right next to the entrance of Ajaches Natural Park, with Playa de Papagayo just 4 km away, making it a great area for running. A car was useful, as it is anywhere in Lanzarote, but parking was easy. Communication with the managers was smooth, and everything was well-organized. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.
