Great host to provide us touring info. Beautiful breakfast setup on patio with water viewing; Easy parking just across the street on a parking lot. After breakfast easy stroll of town center, River/canal/park just behind the property. Great value!

Great cosy location, away from the busy centre but close to public transport.
Very friendly hosts. The lady of the house is there most of the time, in case you need help.
Great bathroom with a "floor level" shower.
Breakfast is mostly sweet , fruit and yoghurt but if you ask nicely she can also make you eggs.

Very pleasant, welcoming and generous host. Very new, nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Soft and nicely scented bedding, towels and bath mat. Comfortable pillows, hair dryer, lots of little extras. Little table and desk. TV with the Facteur Cheval DVD. Lovely view over the host's garden from the accommodation and lovely breakfast with items to choose from the day before.

Very friendly personel! The breakfast is great! Tasteful, Lots of choice. Very clean hotel, good WiFi. The room we booked was pretty big! Beds were comfortable. I liked it alot that the parking lot was privat and closed and night! Some fastfoods and restaurants in walking distance. Perfect place if you are on your way to the south of France or Spain. Will definitly stay here again!

Centrally located so be careful if you are coming by car because the street might be closed for cars and you might not be able to get to the hotel by car. The public car parking is near by but it is not 20 euro by night as the hotel states. It is 25 euros. Breakfast was OK.

This property was extremely nice. Very clean with three spacious rooms, 2 toilets, and 2 showers. Close to shops with free parking directly outside the property. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

I used two different Appart'City apartments during a motorcycling trip through France in June 2024 (Valence and Orleans) and both were excellent. Originally booked the first one as our usual choice of Ibis hotels was thin on the ground and we were struggling to find an alternative with secure parking. However, the Appart'City delivered on all fronts - location, accommodation and value for money. Will use again without hesitation.

Florence has decorated the apartment so beautifully. The apartment is so cosy and fully equipped that we are caught in surprised. She is a great host to ensure our comfort during our stay. The free parking is also a plus point.

The apartment was very close to the metro and so it was easy to and from the city. We had a pleasant meal in the hotel next door. The underground parking was a real bonus as it was extremely hot while we were there. Check-in was easy.
