Situated in the centre of Windsor, 600 metres from Windsor Castle, the historic Windsorian Experience features accommodation with free WiFi and a garden. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 3.6 km from Legoland Windsor. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. The host provided great details prior to arrival, he was most helpful and very friendly. The location of the property is brilliant, about a 3 minute walk away from Windsor on ice and the amusements, and only a short stoll over the bridge to Eton with lovely restaurants. The high street and castle are within walking distance, the location was great. The facilities were super modern and clean and so warm. I couldn’t recommend the place enough for a Windsor stay, nespresso coffee, tea, biscuits and sweets were provided in the kitchen, dining area, the area is very relaxing and beautifully decorated. This is a great base for a trip to Lapland Uk as it only took us 15 minutes in an Uber and cost less than £20 each way. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

Dating back to the early 16th century, The Christopher Hotel, Eton is located on Windsor's historic Eton High Street and offers contemporary accommodation with free internet access. paid private parking is available on a first at £15 per night and on a request, first served basis (other car parks are available nearby). The hotel offers an à la carte restaurant, a bar and a sun deck at the rear of the hotel. When we arrived we was early to the checkin however with the pre booked parking we was able to get our space upon arrival and go straight to exploring in the town! The hotel is in a perfect location just a short 10 min stroll into Windsor itself, this is only a positive though as this means when you get back to your hotel room its nice and quiet allowing you to get a great night sleep. The room was a great size nice and spacious. We was situated on the balcony area, which was perfect as it felt like we had our own little apartment! The facilities in the room are everything you need and had a great decor, the bathroom was great and the shower was very spacious. I had a great night sleep after a day of exploring. Breakfast was included with the room and it did not disappoint. The full English was very tasty and all the breakfast was locally sourced which made it taste even better. There was also a wide range or cereal, yogurts, fruit and pastries to choose from. 10/10 Another little note a welcome drink voucher was included upon checkin to be redeemed in the bar area which has a nice cosy atmosphere which is perfect.

So close to Lapland and Legoland. Right at the entrance of a shopping center area where there is plenty to eat and shop 😜

The coach house was absolutely beautiful with high-quality furnishings and every amenity you could think of. The location was great - a quick drive to either Bray, Maidenhead, or our favourite Windsor. Hostess Julia was simply lovely - always on hand if you needed anything but completely unobtrusive. As cat lovers, we were delighted that there was a very friendly cat on the property who we coaxed into liking us and coming for the odd visit - but if you"re not a cat lover you'd hardly notice them. I truly didn't want to leave. What a gloriously quaint but spacious English countryside mini-manorhouse!

The information on the local area was helpful and there is the best corner pub nearby where we had great dinners and were welcomed by the locals. It also is an easy walk into city centre and a convenient taxi ride to Heathrow airport.
