I really like from A to Z! Location was excellent for tourist who are travelling from shopping to entertaining theaters and food lover(Chinese, Italian...Asian, American etd). This was a perfect choice for my mom’s birthday. Everything was incredible since the begining, there was a surprise gift in the room. Location is perfect. Room view was stunning. The location is excellent for Central London. The staff were the stars - literally nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always checking that all was exactly as we wanted it. The rooms were lovely, and the beds sooo comfortable. Christmas lunch was understandably expensive, being 7 courses in a top restaurant, but for the most part was really lovely, A booking at the American Bar for Christmas Eve with a group of family and friends was an outstanding addition to the stay.
