This converted and refurbished watermill offers chic, elegant and stylish accommodation in an idyllic 12-acre countryside setting near Newmarket and Cambridge. Excellent stay in one of the nook rooms overlooking the meadow. Very relaxing a peaceful and lots of little extras to make this a luxury stay. The room was very comfortable with the added bonus of a wood fired hot tub - not loads of storage space but we were only staying overnight sadly. We also had a meal in the main restaurant which was excellent, as was breakfast (served fresh, not buffet). We wouldn't hesitate to book again when we're in the area.

This 4-star hotel is in Southwold town centre, 200 metres from the beach. It offers free parking, two restaurants, a butler service and free WiFi throughout. Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu de la chance d'être surclassé et la chambre était magnifique. Le personnel était vraiment sympa, attentioné et professionel. Le Afternoon Tea et le petit déjeuner étaient fabuleux. Un hôtel où on s'est senti très très bien - on y retournera.

Loved the warmth of the host, and the room itself was just what we needed for a quick night away. Ana found me some peanut butter when she heard me saying that I liked it, which was such a nice touch. The room was spotless and the sheets were comfy and clean.

Turns out I had booked the wrong date somehow. But it didn’t matter. We were invited into their home, got to meet the dog’s, were made a pot of tea and they fit us in and got the little barn ready for us. Truly above and beyond. The little barn itself is amazing! Perfect mixture of modern and cozy. We didn’t even leave. I would 100% return, perhaps when the weather is a bit better so we can explore a little.
