Even more so, we were so impressed by both the full English and continental breakfast she offered us. We used the packed lunch option she offered, and were not disappointed. Rose was an excellent host all round.

We were not bothered by noise at night even though there is an adjoined pub. Perhaps that depends on the particular day of the week. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help. The location requires dexterity to reach form Luton. We suggest a taxi from Luton airport if you don;t have a car.
