This was one of my best stays in a hotel ever. There was really nothing negative I could say. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have helped me out by letting me use one of the hotel bicycles to do a quick grocery shopping. The other time I needed to borrow an office tape and instead of rolling their eyes they asked me if I need scissors as well. Facilities are great, everything works, smells nice, squeaky clean, new.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit einem Reifen. Er hat für uns rumtelefoniert und hat trotz Bank Holiday einen Reifendienst für uns aufgetan! Er hat gute Empfehlungen für Bristol und unsere Weiterfahrt.
