She was really helpful and pro active in addressing all our needs. The hotel is right at the base of the Mount Elias and the view of Mount Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church was panaromic , the best view so far in my tourist history.

We stayed for 4 adults, might be packed but manageable. Hot water was enough for the family. Property has everything u needed. Very warm blanket, bed & good sofa bed. Super clean place, no smell at all. Projector screen was a plus for night activities. Moreover, was the staff.. He is very sympathetic to the situation that we might could not make it due to road closures. However, we finally made it. A+ for this property. A once in a lifetime MUST!!
