They kindly upgraded our room at check-in and even offered us a late checkout without us having to ask. Their warm and thoughtful service truly made our stay unforgettable. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to enjoy. There were also many activities available on-site, making it easy to stay entertained throughout our visit. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and great value for money. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. Very cozy, the view was gorgeous, and the room had a large window and comfortable rocking chairs by the window where one could enjoy the view. Although the hotel doesn't have a proper restaurant of its own, there are a couple of options nearby, so we had no problems finding somewhere to eat even without a car. The location is probably among the best in the area, this part of Kazbegi feels better maintained than some others, and there was a hiking path towards Mount Elias starting very close to the hotel with some great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.

Has a small kitchen and utensils although we didn’t cook as we stayed only for one night. Host is super nice. They live close by and were very helpful and didn’t bother us for the payment or check out timings. We also requested them to drop us to the city center and they did.
