Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach.

Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast served in the sunny breakfast room, a drink at the sitting area and stunning views at the spacious veranda, which overlooks the sea. The staff were very friendly and accomodated my requests (I changed the room and also enabled me to check out late for a reasonable rate). The breakfast was excellent. Every day I found a slice of pie or cake waiting for me. A nice touch! The location was fine for my needs (walking distance to port and easy access to roads out of CHora). During this stay (April) parking was readily available.

Parking on-site is available and the aparthotel also provides bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. The place was very cosy and stylishly decorated, as in the pictures. We loved everything - the big TV, comfortable bed and the terrace. The design of chairs outside made me wonder about where I could buy it. It was very comfortable. We also liked that we could hear the sea. If you lean a bit from the balcony, you can see Portara and the sea. There was cleaning service every day (fresh towels, bed sheets, coffee, sugar, and tea bags) if desired. The cleaning lady was very nice, friendly, and accommodating, always leaving the apartment impeccably clean. The apartment is a short walk from supermarkets and the marina, so the location was perfect. We had a very comfortable stay.

WOW Panoramic View Deluxe Villas features an infinity pool, as well as accommodation with a kitchen in Agkidia, 3 km from Naxos Castle. The property features pool and garden views, and is 3.5 km from Portara. The villa provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Exactly as the name says, WOW. An absolute gem. The house was modern and comfortable, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The best feature though was the staff, everyone was lovely and accomodating, they literally went out if your way to make your stay as nice as possible. A bit off the beaten track and def need a car but away from noise and fuss, great view. Also, best restaurant in Naxos, Marigio, a stone’s throw away (by car), unpretentious traditional Greek cuisine. Thank you for the lovely time we had.
