Beautiful and well maintained grounds,loved the verandah seating upstairs, and the clothesline with pins which came in very handy. Rooms were super clean, beds comfortable, plugs for charging,blackout curtains,strong wifi. Owner was helpful with tips for the island and always available. Loved the location, quiet and in between new and old port.

The host lady was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering all the assistance we could possibly need. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel’s pool was also very comfortable, and the room had a spacious layout with a stunning sea view. The shuttle service to the port was also a great bonus. Check-in was smooth and everything worked perfectly.

Everything was excellent. My lovely little room had 2 windows, one with a view over tiled roofs and a glimpse of the water. The courtyard with its lemon trees was delightful. . Angiliki and her husband and Maria were all very helpful and kind. It was easy to get to from the port but was quiet as it wasn’t on one of the busier motorbike paths.

Plenty of good restaurants and nightclubs are to be found nearby. It is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the small town of Spetses and the Dapia harbour. Tina is the best hostess. She helped us with everything we asked for with no hesitation. Also the hotel was near Agia Marina (the best beach in Spetses, just 7 min walk , the old harbor (5 min walk) and not that far from the new harbor (20 min walk).
