There are in good conditions and with a full tank. - Good restaurant next door, for your breakfast. We'll book here again if we visit again Samosir island.

I truly loved everything about Mario Lakeside. The location is peaceful and beautiful, right by the lake — perfect for relaxing. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What made this place special is the heart behind it. The owner, Pak Ali, is a kind and inspiring person. He also runs a foundation for children with cleft lips in Sumatra — which made my stay feel even more meaningful. Upstairs, there’s a vegetarian café with delicious food. They grow some of their ingredients on-site (farm-to-table concept), and I was blown away by the haloumi sandwich – they even import the cheese from the UK! It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place that stays with you. I’d definitely come back if I visit Toba again.

My friend and I were very comfortable at Mr Bloom’s place. The place was very clean and modern. Mr Bloom, his friends and family were very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The location, the host, the room, the balcony, everything. Walking distance to everything, on the main road but still quiet, love the quiet morning view from the balcony. They have a restaurant downstairs, good and affordable food. The best for the price.

Right by the lake, you can just walk down and take a swim. Even at night it's really beautiful. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well. The house itself was comfortable. The host Ranti was great as well! She's really funny and helpful. She helped us to book motorbikes and a day tour, both which turned out amazing. It's really convenient to get a ferry back to mainland as well. The ferry can stop right at the house to drop you off/pick you up.

L’établissement Ruma Kaca Simanindo Bed&Breakfast est situé à 2,3 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Batu Hoda Beach. Il possède un restaurant, un jardin, une plage privée et un salon commun. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est magique, si calme, plein de charme et rempli d’histoire. Tiolina est tellement gentille, elle ne savait pas quoi faire pour rendre notre séjour plus agréable et a été très gentille avec nous et nos enfants. Elle a également organisé un super tour d’une journée où nous avons pu découvrir les meilleurs endroits de l’île. Nous avons été tristes de partir et serions bien restés plus longtemps.

The apartment has a large living room, kitchen, water point and balcony. The place is made special by Marin, fluent in English and a warm personality who makes you feel at home and really helps you with everything you need (transport, getting scooters and directions). She also runs a restaurant downstairs from the apartment (no noise at all) and you really do not want to go anywhere else for breakfast. Delicious, also for lunch and dinner.

L'aéroport le plus proche (Sibisa ) est à 27 km. We had a wonderful stay at Maruba Inn. This place stole our hearts because of the family running it and the warm, welcoming vibe. We stayed for seven nights and felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. They took great care of us: arranging our tours, serving some of the most delicious food on the island, and always greeting us with a warm smile. The vibe among the people staying here was also amazing; we left with more than six new friends. It was such a memorable experience that we left almost in tears. The facilities are also great. Internet is super fast that I could do home office and the views are breathtaking. Thank you for all your help and warmth. Maruba Inn will always stay in our hearts.

Accueil chaleureux, la chambre était très confortable avec une belle vue sur le lac. Déco simple mais jolie. Eau chaude! Repas et petits déjeuners très bon, à prendre sous la belle terrasse en extérieur. Merci au personnel pour la location de scooter.
