The room was clean, cozy, pleasant and complete with toiletries. I like the scent of the body shower and shampoo btw. There is also a rooftop area for chillin. The owner, Babah and the family & staff. The kindest and humble person, and help us a lot during our stay 😭. But, all i can say is, it is a worth place to stay 🤗

The team are so accomodating, for a relaxing trip not having to lift a finger this accomodation is perfect! Was exactly what we needed, very peaceful and the food is fabulous especially the breakfast! Felt very spoilt

Situé à côté d'un village en bord de mer, le LooLa Adventure Resort se trouve sur la côte de Bintan. Le complexe dispose d'une plage privée et d'installations de sports nautiques. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The property had splendid views, the most hospitable staff and amazing facilities. It was like living in a dream for a couple of nights honestly. Special shout out to Ms Ledy at the front desk who made every possible effort to make my stay memorable with her kindness and help. Also worth mentioning Ms Ade who runs with conducting Zumba and traditional Indonesian dance classes. I was made to feel super special on my birthday with the room decor and the entire team was splendid to me. There’s spa on site as well which is luxurious! Thank you for the most memorable stay 💜
