The manager was extremely helpful and adapted to our needs very quickly.With all inclusive we are used to a menu of choices we were somewhat perplexed when the choice was curry or curry however the chef when asked prepared anything we asked for if he had the ingredients the result was magic.

The best part of our stay was that the staff were very courteous and always made sure that we were taken care of. They were super proactive about ensuring the guests had all comforts possible, this included special breakfast boxes they would pack for the guests to take into the safaris, or the blankets to make sure that the guests weren't cold out there. We never had any issues getting something that we asked for and they even went out of their way to make sure they could provide us with all the off menu food orders we placed.

They seem to know that and had accurate support planned well in advance - meals, refreshments, blankets etc. Similarly the bonfire and snacks experience was on point. Livening things up. Spa appeared expensive and the room could have been warmer. However the discount offered made it all worthwhile. The staff at the hotel is extremely supportive, prompt and courteous. All in all a great experience.
