Dera Haveli's standard is higher than the usual and totally justified: the building is beautiful, one street away from the traffic and the road's noise; my room was exceptional! Never did I imagine finding this kind of room: spacious, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, hot water available, towels and little toiletries, windows, a couch and also TV and hairdryer; beautifully furnished! Large choice for breakfast which can be served directly in your room or on your small terrace. The place is only 5 minutes walking away from the Digamber Jain Swarn Mandir and 15 minutes away (with tuk tuk) from the Gwalior Fort. I have a very special mention for Sohan, the reception man who was so kind, reassuring and caring that I wanted to cry. He helped me, and literally guided me through the process of catching a bus (which he booked for me) after a rough train experience.
