In der Nähe der in Cherai Beach in der Region Vypeen Insel gelegenen Unterkunft Sajeev Home Stay befindet sich Strand Cherai. Sajeev is such a lovely man. He was so helpful at all times. The room was spacious, overlooking the beach with a little private balcony to chill in and read in the evening. Beds were super comfortable. A/C was effective and very quiet. The homestay is at the heart of Cherai beach, walking distance to everything on offer. We opted to have breakfast every day - you could choose Indian or continental. We opted for Indian. Lovely home cooked chana masala and various curries and huge fruit platter and traditional breakfast items were enjoyed every morning, with an explanation from Sajeev about what we were eating. Excellent value for money. We also had dinner a couple of nights which was also good value and very filling. You will never be hungry at Sajeev's place. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was very good, tasted homemade! Every single staff was attentive, courteous, pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The facility was clean and well looked after! Anything we asked was provided with a smile on their faces!! Amazing experience!! Pool was also large and very clean and well kept. Sitting areas are also with great ambience!! Amazing and will visit again!!!

Die Unterkunft Appu's Nido, die in Pallipuram, 900 m von Strand Cherai entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz, einem eigenen... Die Haus ist neu, liegt direkt am Meer, dazwischen eine Straße, aber die Verkehrslage ist ruhig, in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Zimmer und Bad sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, reichlich und sehr geschmackvoll. Es wurde auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste abgestimmt und auf dem Balkon mit Meeresblick serviert. Die Besitzer sind sehr um die Gäste bemüht und sehr freundlich. Ein Taxi ist zu jeder Zeit buchbar, bis zum Flughafen etwa 45 Minuten, ebenso bis zum Fort Kochi. Im Parterre führen sie einen kleinen Laden, wo das Nötigste gekauft werden kann. The house is new, is right by the sea, with a road in between, but the traffic is quiet, very quiet at night. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and very tasteful. It was tailored to the guests' needs and served on the balcony with a sea view. The owners take great care of their guests and are very friendly. A taxi can be booked at any time, it takes around 45 minutes to the airport, as well as to Fort Kochi. On the ground floor they run a small shop where the essentials can be bought.

Die Unterkunft Dove cottage mit einem Garten und einer Terrasse ist gelegen in Cherai Beach, 32 km von Yachthafen Kochi und 10 km von Muziris Heritage sowie 22 km von Hindustan Insecticides Limited... We spent a total of four nights at Dove Cottage. We extended our stay after three nights because we loved it so much. Right at the beginning we can say that if you are looking for accommodation in Cherai Beach, look no further, choose this one because it is just so incredibly good. We were greeted warmly, even though we forgot to let them know that we were arriving early. While we were waiting for our room to be ready, we were given a small snack and were able to freshen up in another room. In addition to our stay, our host Manuvel made sure that we were provided with a scooter for a very fair price. The breakfast was varied, plentiful and very, very tasty. It was a different Indian breakfast every day, which was served warm as soon as we came out of the room. We could choose between coffee or tea, both of which were excellent. Our stay was made so pleasant by Manuvel and his family that we are incredibly grateful to have stayed here. They were so nice, gave us so much information and helped us with everything we needed. They brought us fruit shakes during the day, helped us with our laundry, took us to the tailor and of course, as already mentioned, organised the scooter. It couldn't have been better. The whole family were always attentive and helped immediately, but were never intrusive or restrictive. The rooms were extremely clean and are very modern and newly furnished. Of all the six accommodations we had here in Kerala, it was the best and not even the most expensive. Apart from that, we found the location very good. The restaurants (e.g. Chillout Café, Liliput) are a bit away but it is quite quiet and nothing disturbs you at Dove Cottage. Highly recommended and maybe we'll see each other again in Germany :)

This place was a wonderful find - the ocean is right across the road and is a lullaby to send you to sleep - gorgeous. Plenty of beaches nearby. The hosts don’t speak much English but their daughter does and communicates via What’s App - it’s brilliant. Food is so tasty and plenty of it. The kindness of the hosts is amazing and I loved my stay here. I had the room with the balcony sea view - wonderful
