Excellent hotel, very nice, very clean, spacious and comfrotable rooms. We stayed in the winter and the room heating sistem was perfect, quickly warm. Inexpencive minibar, all amenities in the room like 5 star hotels. Really great tasty breakfast with big variety of choice, fresh and local food, prossecco, fresh juice, cakes... and coffe was fenomenal. INCREDIBLE staff, very kind and helpfull, always smile and give you every possible information (especially man at reception desk) and overal hospitality on a very very high level! Perfect central location for exploring Ravenna old city centre on foot. We could reach all main attractions and restaurants in max 5-6 min walking distance, (some Unesco heritage sights are even less than 100 meters from hotel.) Parking just in front, for 2 eur/24 hours in same street few meters from hotel, or you have options of parkings/garages very nearby. Great value for money, exceeded my expectations. Would recomend to everyone! Will come back!

That was an absolute gem ! Located in the old town which was literally around the corner. The owner was very kind and helpful and did his best to satisfy guests. Overall - we spent fantastic two nights in Ravenna. Hope we would be able to come back.

Stylish palazzo hotel at a 5 minute walk from the city center and a 30 minute bike ride from the Adriatic beach. Very large room and superfriendly staff. The free bikes and free chocolates for the guests were a plus.

Super charming retro hotel with a lot of character. You can still feel the elegance of its former glory – from the majestic old trees in the garden to the beautiful antique elevator. Everything is well maintained and high quality, with a unique atmosphere you just don’t get in modern hotels. Great service and much better value for money than many newer places. Highly recommended if you appreciate timeless charm over trendy minimalism.

I stayed here for 7 nights and honestly it was such a wonderful experience. The place is close to virtually everything you need to be close to in Ravenna, it’s only a 15-10 min walk to the city centre and you have shops and restaurants even closer. The room was lovely as well, I had everything I needed. The owner is very friendly and is there if you need any questions answered about Ravenna!

For a one night stay I can recommend this accommodation. The host was very supportive, the flat was nice and clean.

Beautiful, clean and quiet place. Had a lovely breakfast waiting for us. Parking on site, and very close to surrounding towns and villages. Excellent as a stop over when traveling by car. Hosts were helpful. Check in and check out were very easy.
