Mr Hatchi and his staff were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. They also did an amazing job at providing me with full vegetarian meals for breakfast and dinner, I was so Impressed by the quality (and quantity!! I didn’t miss out on anything being a veggie). The rooms are a good size and ours had a lovely seating area with a view over the Main Street. The 2 baths in the property were amazing and you could use them privately in the afternoon/evening (great for me as I was too shy to go to the public ones!). The tea ceremony was lovely when we arrived and I was helped into my Kimono. The location is fantastic and Mr Hatchi even helped us with luggage on departure. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Free parking is available with an advance reservation. Incredible typical Japanese hotel - ryokan where you sleep on the floor. With natural onsens (springs) and magnificant view from the room on the mountains. With perfect loication quite near the bus station and free shuttle. The hotel satff is very polite and do their best to make your rest unforgetable. In addition they offer traditional Japanese breakfast and Japanese Kaiseki dinner. In this hotel one can really have rest in typical Japanese style in scilence and relaxing atmosphere. Onsens were simply the best. We've got unforgetable experience.

The rooms themselves are lovely, the perfect size, and very very clean. The owner, Raeko, is an absolute delight, and is incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I would happily stay again just to see her alone! The location is perfect, right next to the gorgeous temple and the Main Street.
